Linda | Appointment Administrator
I look forward to welcoming you to our office. We have a fun, relaxed environment. Dr. Welling is down to earth and never rushes a treatment. I love working for him and with our staff. They are committed to the same thing, providing the best dental care for you. I cannot wait to meet you and hear your story. I speak fluent Spanish and will make sure you are smiling from day one with us.
I love my incredible family. I am married to a wonderful man, have three children, and Pugs. I enjoy spending time with my loved ones, shopping, camping, and collecting Disney snow globes and Fiestaware.

LeAnne | Insurance Administrator
I am happily married to my husband Scott. I have three adult children, Brielle, Trent, and Hailee, and almost 7 adorable grandchildren. I enjoy hiking, camping, kayaking, cycling, cooking and eating delicious food, reading playing the piano, and games.
It is great working with Dr Welling. He’s a kind person and a good dentist with an eye for current technology and the future. There is a great team of people who excel at their jobs at Nordic Family Dental.

Jan | Dental Assistant
I love working with our great staff of talented dental professionals and enjoy our fun and interesting patients. Making you comfortable during your appointment is a priority for me. I love that Dr. Welling truly cares about what treatment is in your best interest and will help you achieve the amazing smile you want.
I grew up in Kansas, graduated from Kansas State University, married Dave and after numerous years in the Navy, we ended our Navy career in this beautiful Northwest town of Poulsbo. We have three children and two grandchildren. I enjoy so many things the Pacific Northwest has to offer from hiking, camping, kayaking, and beach watching, that my weekends are always filled with something to do.
